About.

I’m a designer, researcher, and problem solver 🧠 with 10+ years of experience working in global projects (including 2+ years leading and scaling design teams), currently pursuing a Master's degree in Product Design. On a personal side, I’m a foodie who likes going for slow walks to explore the city, all while juggling my love for football ⚽️ and my goals of learning Japanese (はじめまして!). 🇯🇵

My career journey reflects a progression from hands-on design execution to senior leadership roles. I've gained international exposure during a design internship in New York 🗽, building a global mindset early in my career; led the growth and mentorship of a team of 6–8 product designers at Gupy, playing a key role in promoting design as a strategic partner in product development and raising maturity across the organization; and contributed to enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives at IBM, in collaboration with cross-functional teams from 6 countries. 🌎
